Sugarless Cranberry Sauce – Great For Your Teeth!

Did you know? Cranberries contain natural enzymes that help prevent plaque from forming? Unfortunately, the cranberry sauce served with most Thanksgiving meals is loaded with sugars that counteract the benefits. Cranberries are very tart naturally, so they require a lot of sweetener to neutralize this tart taste. The recipe below replaces refined sugar with sugarless apple sauce, honey and pineapple and orange juice!
